World leader in mobile communication. Nice work culture.

Cons

Salary is still low, despite hard work & continuous learning. Less exposure. 2 and half year passed still not a fixed seat and still waiting for my first company trip. Continuous night shift. You cannot enjoy even on weekend, you don't know when you have to go to office. There is no work balance. Someone only enjoys and do not work & other only work and work

This is a very old company carrying good values.It depends heavily on the processes which made it survive through the years...It has moulded it well and now banking mainly on MS and S/W which will make it survive in this tough competiting market in Telecom.It takes good care of its employees.

Cons

Only thing that i can say as cons is that it is a very large company which is big challenge for the management,nothing more to say...
