mega brand in telecomm,lack of stable structure- constant management changes,culture, local management, location, work environment, benefits,freedom to develop workable solutions and good technical guidance

Cons

small market share in pakistan,product decisions,issues with freight fowarder,they laid off frequently. they transferred me over to sprint, where i'm currently employed.

Government like job / benefits with excessive emphasis of following corporate processes and policies without taken into account the realities on ground.

Cons

No growth. Only people who say YES to every stricture emanating from top can survive and grow, others no matter how talented will rust in this company.
