      Poor, inefficient and highly non-transparent Management, Zero Professionalism, Zero Work-life Balance,high degrees of Favouritism, No opportunities for growth - professional or financial, Unjustified distribution of scarce opportunities, roles and responsibilities, Employee well-being at bay, No motivation, Bad work culture. Biased against female employees. Management's profits and returns decide Business requirements and always supercede employee's benefits, growth and requirements and goals!

      1. No need to work 2. Good Canteen facilities 3. Good if you are in R&D

      Cons

      1. NO personal growth. 2. Lowest salary package in the industry. 3. Irresponsible Management and Non-cooperative HRs 4. No Job Security as the Company is in grave loss from past 3 years. It has lost its merger with Sony and ST Microelectronics and LG-Ericsson is in loss. People at all levels are getting fired. If you are a fresher, don't expect a joining before the next session. 5. Paid transportation facility. 6. No gym, recreation,fun activities

      Can do nothing and still be employed. Supportive work mates

      Cons

      You must brown nose to everyone, because you get feedback from them and that is your performance, no opportunity to argue it with your Line Manager. No visibility of what upper Management do. Too many project managers. Jobs off-shoring No accountibility
