Too much internal politics between organizations for credits and visibility. It leads to low morale on working level and impact customer satisfaction.

Pay was comparable to other employers in the same business.

Cons

They were quick to get rid of onderful more experiences employees. The culture was bad. We were forced to work in a small building in Plano wit shared desks while our manager sat right behind us on his shared table.
