Ericsson has brand name and lot of teams and functions inside the organization to work with. Its presence is in many countries.

Cons

If you are experienced or fresher, there is no system to train the employees as per job role. Seniors hold lot of product knowledge but are very reluctant in sharing that and only if you have some personal relations they will help you. If you are only hardworking and want to learn, then no body supports Even managers have no control over the senior members Culture and environment is very toxic in many departments which makes you depressed and losing your confidence.
