They hire people who simply don't fit into the team and who barely spend time with work. It takes years before they get rid of someone who demoralizes the team by not working and not being good in their profession. Salary is far below the average and it takes forever for the management to improve things. The best colleagues are leaving the company, leaving the worst behind.
