They do not burst you to the ground al the time. The all in all work load is around 80% per person. But sometimes when it is needed you have to work as hard as you can. One can move forward and switch roles easily if needed.

Cons

Salary is rising slowly. "Leaf" (not management people) employees are mostly pawns than players.
