As a Northen European company, you feel that they care about their employees and try to create a good work environment. Salary was above average for Portugal.

Cons

The company has no future and fired a ridiculous amount of people. Also, cuts were made in employees benefits. The company is only focused on profits without taking into account the people and, therefore, is losing its identity. In Portugal, it is almost impossible to be Solution Architect without they forced you to travel for 75% of the time.
