Pros
1- Work life balance most of the time . 2- Good Working environment & culture . 3- Good resources to support . 4- Process oriented culture. 5- Pay is good if you on upper side of range however pay range is quite wide. 6- Good peers . 7 - Management support .
Cons
1- Over layered in terms of management . 2- Lack of power to make decisions. 3- Over complicated global processes not tailored to suit each region . 4- Favoritism given priority over performance & passion . 5-Bureaucratic management structure . 6- No room to grow & try new things unless you have links in other department . 7-Simiplicity is not priority .
