      - great, enthusiastic team - work-life balance (can take off days for cumulative overtime) - good location and benefits

      Cons

      - business is not doing great, which leads to downsizing - products are complex and huge, individual impact is limited

      Nice platform for personal development, networking possibilities are endless, good opportunities to test different career paths and to travel if you want.

      Cons

      Extreme levels of politics, as a female manager you hit the glass roof quite fast if you don't conform to the norms, declining industry which effects the culture in a negative way.
