Cons

No Work Life Balance nor any skill in operating a European company in North America. They don't listen to sound advice on how to operate and be successful in America. They don't understand our mindset. They try to overlay their European worldview and Ways of Working on our country and it just doesn't work.

Great work environment smart colleagues, very professional very much process oriented market leader

Cons

depends where you work, but the canadian office follows the US headquarter that doesn't share the same culture and often prioritize the US staff who get better pay people are overworked without overtime pay no work-life balance often reinvent the wheel too many redundancies and overlaps
