1. Complex and challenging work to hone your skills and pick your brain. 2. Excellent health and medical benefits for yourself and your dependents. 3. Global company with opportunities to travel for some position.
Cons
1. Disappointing management - not so skilled individual in management position. 2. No work life balance. One person handling all accounts for the whole company will surely cause burnout and health problems. 3. No security of tenure even for regular employees.
