Work Life Balance is viable Compensations are regularly good, except for overtime. Benefits are normally better than other companies in the same positions. Is in general a very nice place to work if you do not mind the extra hours?

Cons

Not Good Stability at the moment, since business is under heavy attack from Chinese competitors. They also have the unfortunate policy of dismissing highly trained employees and replace them with newbies in cheap countries like Mexico or India.
