1. Good learning, variety of exposure to various domains. 2. Good opportunities locally as well as worldwide.

Cons

1. No more a focused and innovative company. 2. Unable to keep up pace with changing industry, as a result of which it is bleeding losses over losses every quarter since 2014. 3. Politics at highest management affect Engineers. 4. Company is confused now what to do and what not to do to stop the bleeding. 5. Unable to find a single visionary who can take Ericsson back to its golden era ; all because of internal politics. 6. Agile is used to micr-manage people. 7. No work life balance. WFH is strictly prohibited as many locations and is granted based on manager's discretion.

Lots of great, capable people, technically very good, great products, loyal customers, great innovations and potential

Cons

Lack of Management ownership, appalling treatment of staff, 1930's style. Overloading staff, ignoring common decencies, and general disrespect by a small but influential group of managers/leaders.

Laid back work environment. Flexi-time. Great work/life balance. Cheap rent. Nice area to live with a family.

Cons

Very far from main cities in Ireland. Old-fashioned mindset of some of the employees. Quality of work is dependent on the seniors you work with (which can be very poor). Very little work expected. Salary not comparable to other companies in Ireland.
