Benefits and pay. Many Training programs. Acceptable work life balance.

Cons

Lack of accountability for middle and senior management. Too many reorganizations and cumbersome internal processes. Lack of advancement opportunities.

-Cab facility and others -Flexible timing and allowed employees to work from home if needed.

Cons

-HR in India is not as active at all. Everything depends on bonding with your manager. -Very less pay as per market standards or Increment is very minimal. (EX- mine 3 yr work ex- increment 1650 rs/-) -If you fall in networking, work-life balance will be the worst. In fact, you have to do weekend shifts also without any pay -For girls, they can't deny night shifts. -The growth rate is very slow. There is very small opportunity to grow in this company. - projects workload is huge in most of the teams. -In fact, Everything from leaves to the performance rating depends upon your bond with your manager and seniors.
