Good benefits, friendly staff, canteen, flexi-time, health care, twenty five holiday days, nice office space, good equipment, company nights out

Cons

Management is backward..they don't listen to their technical members.. Very bad promotion process, bad decisions made regular by management. They don't try and keep good staff.
