Pros
Truly international, truly customer focused, deep and solid quality focus, allows you to try, grow and challenge, supports initiatives, technology leader and very well perceived by major customers. High focus on the human being with a open door policy to management.
Cons
Sometimes a bit too "slow due to size" (in terms of "mind set" and risk taking), having some business transformation challenges (old vs new portfolio), have struggled to manage multiple business models and related business cultures, sometimes too operator focused (need to look "beyond" the traditional operators).
