      Pros

      Ericsson is a global company with great benefits and locations all over the world

      Cons

      They have lost credibility in the industry and spirally downward. Constant layoffs and no direction.

      Pros

      Cultural was once somewhat fun.

      Cons

      Ericsson's RNAM (Region North America) lost a large portion of its contract with its biggest customer Sprint. More layoffs imminent as they cannot sustain their employees without sizable new business. Employees once occupied two buildings at the Sprint Headquarters campus with a total of 5-6 floors. Within less than 8 years they are now down to all employees in one building occupying less than two floors! Sad. This is not a company where you can build your career, if you can get some experience, do so and leave.

      Wide range of possibilities depending on ambition, good starting position, almost no expectations at the beginning, very flexible working hours

      You need to struggle to advance and learn, low ceiling, relatively slow wage increase
