for Full-time employee, so many facilities available. good health insurance get a flexible benefit from parking, glasses. get salary increment every year base on individual performance

career path is clear define, but it is hard to pursue or leveling up your position. as engineer even highly skilled but if no position open, you will be treat as associate.
