One can say a good thing is that Salary comes on time. you will remain in a project of very long time.

Cons

Too Much Night shifts No growth in Salary as well as Skills Company does not taken action even if employee is about to leave the organization.

Policies are somewhat friendly. IT Policies are good. No social media block/ban.

Cons

People are product business are paid well, but people in service business are paid extremely poor. Personally, I asked for domain change to my Manager, and got declined flat. And most importantly, promotions are far and few in between. Causes attrition.
