If you are not looking for recognition but to learn something on your own by putting effort day and night and giving that credit to someone else this is the right company

Cons

- Lot of micro management - Manager gives you fake promises and tells clear GIAP else no promotion. For favorite people there is no exam just promotion. - Lot of politics no proper hike always excuses even after leading the team. - Lot of pressure weekend work, you cannot take offs. - No balance between professional life and personal life. - Not a good place to work
