Management and executive leadership do not reflect the diversity of the people they're leading; if you aren't in with the right people, you have no hope of moving forward. Misogyny and racism, while hopefully accidental, are not addressed appropriately. The appearance of inappropriate relationships between leadership and staff occurs often and is not addressed. There is lip service paid to diversity and inclusion in North America, but there seems to be a disconnect from HQ in Plano to the Overland Park office. Managers make jokes about people they've laid off, and disparage employees in front of other employees.
I have noticed, reading through these reviews, that Ericsson responds nicely to the positive reviews. A response to a negative review, any of the reviews that have brought up negative experiences, would show potential and current employees that Ericsson does care about their employees and wants to ensure a safe, healthy, productive, and positive environment for them all.
