Multicultural environment, Leader in Telecom industry, Great team work between teams, travel opportunities specially if your family situation allows you.

Cons

Benefits and Opportunities are not distributed evenly, normally HQ offers the best. Lots of politics and networking. Not paid for overtime (in most regions) but work always demands overtime.
