- Healthy environment - A certain degree of humanity - Chance to travel alot and learn to work with people from different cultures - You are never let down by your colleagues

Cons

- A certain tendence to keep the salary low - Limited access to open positions internally with the exclusion of "difficult" countries - Necessity of travelling to countries that can be dangerous - People are not often treated for what they are really worth
