Campuses are stacked with employee services and outreach programs. Business casual work attire and relaxed emphasis on how you look leads to more emphasis on how you perform.

Cons

Longevity of employee retainment, as layoffs are used too often for cost cutting measures. Promotions and salary increases are rare and small at best. Business practices do not mirror the same latest advancements as their products do.

World leader in its area, great benefits, many opportunities for different positions working with the latest technologies and a lot of different and challenging customers.

Cons

Some parts of management are worse than other, but that's not any different from other companies. Corporate is trying hard to align worldwide management in the same direction.
