Large stable company currently among telecom , large solution available to offer , decent compensation to be offered

Cons

Too many people ur contribution gets lost within sea of people. Not a good company to work in case u want to be intimating some thing of ur own

Ericsson is market leader for Mobile. The company has a huge experience on this market and together with good products it is the best place to work and to do business with. All Telecom Operator should have the chance to work with Ericsson.

Cons

Sometimes in order to meet the targets we define several personal efforts are necessary that may impact personal life.
