Great benefits with cool technology to play with. There are so many groups in Ericsson you can go from one to another and work on technology that is completely new.

Cons

It takes a long time for management to make decisions. In addition,there are forms for everything and it is easy to get lost in paperwork, This can make it harder to get your job done.

Pros

Market leader with lots of good engineers and smart people around. Struggling to switch from telecoms hardware vendor to full IT/communications company but gettig there slowly. Allows flexible schedule and lets you work independently taking responsibility for your own work.

Cons

Slow-moving corporate behemoth, but that comes with the size I guess.
