The company is good at train newly examinated students. Safe to work for a big company and easy to search jobs within the company in different countries.

Cons

Big company, can be locked at as a resource and not as a person. When the company need to get rid of people, they have different money bags. So full-time ericsson employees can be choosen and not consultants.

Cons

Strong cultural base which is hard to grasp initially for new employees that have been acquired through acquisitions or new hires that are not accustomed to international business methods.
