Pros

Working Environment is good, although not very satisfactory. As permanent employee enjoyed different benefits like health insurance, provident fund, gratuity and transportation facilities. There were some very good local and foreign training programs.

Cons

Compensation packages were not very good. Many employees were forced to leave jobs though the reasons were not fair enough. Sometimes the work pressure was too much to maintain work/life balance.
