Ericsson excellent benefits and good pay. The management is intensely competitive in their goals for market domination. There is a focus on collaboration.

Cons

The RNAM organization does an annual "refresh" in which ten percent of the work force is laid off every year. This is discouraging.

Cons

Bonus is not related to personal performance but is linked to high level organizational goals most of which are just some things you cannot influence It's quite hard or impossible to have good work-life balance Lack of instructor led trainings
