Great opportunity to see the world, not for career development

It's a global company with operations in all of the worlds countries. This provides an opportunity to to travel literally anywhere in the world, including for R&D

Cons

The company has difficult to maintain a long-term commitment to any R&D site abroad, so the R&D activities in a given location can be shut down at a moments notice

Pros

Parent company has very good reputation and share in market. Descent to very good salary offered initially.

Cons

New company mainly focused on Managed services ..... often confused with parent company which deals with core telecom products(R&D). Bad process management. Large number of employees on bench. Bad Infrastructure. 1 year Service Agreements for all trainings and certifications.
