Culture like a service based companies. Wrong information by HR on salary part. Lots of filtering done by managers in regards with information from engineer to higher management Poor bonus. Salary not on par with competitors. poor workplace no respect for feedback (it might be specific and not generic)

generally, not much work pressure, good knowledge sharing, good process, good leadership, managers have enough competence and setup a good relationship with engineers.

Cons

not much money, and some colleagues dont have enough competence.too much lazy workers in EU, product quality is going down.
