A good place to work in general but too slow sometimes

Many good, professional people work here. Commitment to customers is high. If you want stability, it is a very good place to work. Relatively low level of bureaucracy and politics considering the size of the company.

Cons

Making decisions takes too long and good initiatives often end up being obsolete in the market when they are realized. Skills of managers are in general low.

Very good first company to work. Very helpful seniors and good management. Adopts AGILE ways of working for development purposes.

Cons

Being a product based company, should give more emphasis on research. Being a large organization, the process flow increases the lead time.
