Its the best place to learn the trade but not so easy to go up the ranks

If you are just entering the Telecommunications field, this is the place to be with projects from the biggest Telecommunication operators in the world, you can master the latest technologies in the field of telecommunications.

Cons

The allocation of resources is not so effective. Employees with less skills in a given field are at a higher level than the ones with more skills in that field.

With Sweden being HQs, it is difficult to be recognized for advancement. Lot of opportunity if you are not an American.

Pros

I am still studying, so the flexible working hours are really comfortable, an the management is helpful too. The quality and the challenge of the tasks are great, and i think it develops my work practice.

Cons

I can not say any cons maybe the only one that salaries compared to the Western European ones are lower, but still good in the region.
