I wish so badly I could enumerate some

I feel I lost 6 and half years of my life working for this company. Almost no possibility to develop my professional skills. Big work load. Bad company culture. Lots of futile stress. Bad work/life balance. Bad gain/loss ratio. Big chances to burn out in a few years. Besides, management is burried into vanity: after more than 20 years of working only or mostly for this company they think they are the best because they have no base of comparison. I would not recommend this company even to my enemies. I never wish to come back.

E/// benefits were the absolute best thing that the company HAD going for it.

Cons

Management disinterest and absolutely no opportunities for growth. It is currently bring in only your friends and get rid of all the over 40 crowd, that is unless they are your friend, and if from GE an added bonus.

There is no real future, because the swedish managers that brought the company almost to bancrupy are still there to decide; they just switch positions between them. They hold each other till they fall, together with the whole company
