Big company, wide known. Many offices around world.

Cons

Too much big company mentality, layoff every other year. Many 50+ years employees playing politics to stay until retirement. Low salary generally for younger engineers.

Work environment is nice. Salary is compatible (many times more). Benefits are one of the best as its fully sponsored.

Cons

Silicon Valley location is currently unstable. Less fun events. While Ericsson is doing great with their core business, they really need to step up their game in this dynamic era.

Incompetent and disconnected Management. Keeps changing every year. Slow processes. Too much waste. High Managers to Employees ratio Work can be very slow, tedious and using legacy technologies and products. Layoffs every 6 months
