Pros

good for graduates, learning and improving your skills, language. Easy to change jobs across countries

Cons

no stimulus to perform will degrade you personality. Lots of legacy products, low budged to development environment, lots of software that is used only by Ericsson which is pointless to learn.

Pros

If you care for this kind of thing, there is a huge cafeteria (I think it is subsidized). There is a gym.

Cons

The company is all talk about moving forward, leading the way for technology, but it feels more like a company that only stays in the forefront by buying small companies that are doing new things. Rather than spend on staying up to date, for example, the company spends on its own internal updates to outdated tools. Managers focus on the wrong things for evaluating an employee. Too many meetings. It almost seems possible to spend half the work day in meetings. Double standards for who can, say, work from home and who cannot.
