Pros

Large company with a diverse set of projects. If you can stay on projects that Ericsson deem worthwhile, there are lots of interesting things to work on.

Cons

They annually lop off about 10% of their workforce (plus any downsizing), and you always wonder if you will be let go. Their benefits package gets less every year (for instance, there have been significant decreases in medical coverage). Management really do not seem like they have a clue.
