Provides excellent Work/Life balance. It is a century company with a valuable history. It is a good place to interact with peoples of all part of world/culture.

Cons

Instability. Frequent organizational changes with changes in the managements positions and the ways of work. Unfortunately in the last two years the company is laying off employees almost every month.
