A huge organization with many silos and many employees with more than 20 years with the company, which tends to limit the agility and passion to keep improving.

Great company culture. Global presence. Industry leader. Satisfactory benefits. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

Cons

Slow execution is always the problem. The main problem is the huge management layers and lengthy processes which becomes business hinders in many cases.
