Cons

Too much process, takes time out of productive work. Very less onsite opportunities if you are working on a core product. Separate team for customer engagement

Cons

Most good work happens in Sweden. The work in India is not good at all. Lazy work culture. Learning opportunities are very less if you are into software. Lack of technically strong people in the company.
