      top one company in telecommunication area 1. company culture is great. it encourage everyone to be successful 2. relation between colleague are good, open and equal, very little politics, of course that has to do with manager, but most managers are good 3. good balance of life

      has some hard day when the whole telecommunication industry profits are decreaseing
