There are not many customer's request for the products, So we can keep work life balance.

Cons

Product have not beeing sold in many contries, So, office people feel that company are in sinking. Recently, there are many lay-offs in many sites.

I think Ericsson has a lot of knowledgable people you can learn from. Also ok benefits and some sense of security and work life balance

Cons

Too few women. My first job so not sure what other companies look like but lots of really ”nerdy” employees who can get quite competitive.
