Pros

Good family life, you can leave when you want, take extended vacations, work from home, etc. Family always comes first and project/customers are secondary.

Cons

Non-existent training, need to be a berg or a son to go further up the path, swedish a must in management, big behemoth who does not know agile. Old technicians who suddenly end up being managers and business meetings turn out to be technical ones leading to business failures. No long term plans and the general attitude is to reject new ideas because they have done it as it is done for 100+ years!
