      I think the cofee machine works pretty fine

      Cons

      - Totally deprecated technologies - Mediocre bosses (Most of the dont even speak english properly) - Poor salaries - The worst office-ambiance I ever saw, external contractors are totally ignored while the oldy-fishes who have been working there for the last years (and almost take the company to the bankrupt) still try to destroy it

      Ericsson, NA is a good company with a wide range of products and services. They pay competitively and offer a good compensation package. They have a good training program. They have a relaxed work environment with a lot of talented people to work with.

      Cons

      They may still have a lot of legacy systems to support which may not add new skills to their employers working on those products.
