You get good money. Work environment is very friendly. Ericsson provides you with a lot of flexibility. Good onsite opportunites in telecom domain. Best company to work in telecom domain.

Cons

If you are looking for software or web development profile, beware of the fact that there are limited development teams in INDIA.

Pros

- Good company reputation - Ideal place for fresh graduates with little or no experience - Low stress level in general. Friendly atmosphere. - Good location, easy access with public transportation. - Limited free parking for those who arrive to work early enough. - Easy to get promoted if you are good enough in mingling.

Cons

- Overcrowded office - Low-cost engineering. Mostly cheap and inexperienced engineers are hired. - Awkward local management. Strategic decisions are delegated to inexperienced people. - Chaos, hacking, extremely poor engineering quality everywhere. Documentation is either missing or not followed, technical information is spread via informal (verbal!!) communication channels. Things are not planned ahead nor written down. Agile methods are first introduced then let falling appart. - General lack of respect everywhere: great achievements that bring $$$ to the company are awarded with chocolate bars and Turo Rudis. - Bad and expensive canteen.
