Pros

The management in my group is extremely supportive of employees and their careers. There are many opportunities to grow and I always feel like I'll be helped along the way. My colleagues are incredibly smart (and kind!) and I learn something new everyday. After hearing about our 2015 company goals today, I'm even more proud to be part of an innovative business with a bright future ahead. Plus, there are free drinks and snacks!

Cons

There is some resistance to change, but that's human nature in general.

Flexible working hours good working environment

Some R&D manager does not have engineering background, they do not know what you are doing, and just use some matrix to judge your performance. It is a swedish company, some manager just too trust and favor swedish employees And it is very bureaucracy
