Extremely low morale Frequently, more effort from co-workers is put towards pushing work onto you than doing the task itself. Cubicle walls just high enough to prevent any social interaction, but low enough that you overhear conversation. High enough to give you a false sense of privacy, but low enough for anyone to passing by to see what you are doing. Trying to accomplish a task is like trying to run through a swimming pool of goo. For example, code submission is a 3-7 days process.
