      Constant reorg along with constant layoffs. Top managers don't seem to have a clear direction or plan for the company. Still works in the buddy system in order to advance. Unrealistic job performance reviews.

      In Ericsson Media Room I have worked for 2 years; I often worked until late evening and resolved customer issue escalation in weekend. Now I am just expecting my baby. I informed my manager last month. But I am still laid off this week. The laying off expecting mom is really illegal and inhumane. I am posting this review on the mother's day and endorsing this fortune 500 famous company.
