Pros
Tons of things to learn. You get to understand how a huge entity is organised and hierarchized and what all the resources and tools are for. There is a lot to process at the beginning but very rewarding once you get to make use of all this resources. People are very professional and highly skilled and yet very modest, friendly and helpful.
Cons
I really can’t find any. It’s a very interesting and valuable experience to have once in your career.
